Last Updated: August 21, 2026
PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with Zero Hour (the “Game”), developed by AttritoM7 Productions and published by Near Wild / Skymap Games (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Information We Collect
Zero Hour does not require you to create a separate game account.
We do not directly collect or maintain player email addresses, passwords, gameplay analytics, match histories, crash reports, voice recordings, or advertising profiles.
We may receive and retain a player's username or platform identifier when that player is the subject of an in-game player report. This information is used for purposes such as reviewing reports, enforcing game rules, preventing abuse, and maintaining the safety and integrity of the Game.
Certain limited information is also processed by third-party services necessary to provide the Game's online and platform functionality, as described below.
2. Platform Accounts
Zero Hour relies on the account and authentication systems provided by the platform through which you access the Game, such as Steam, PlayStation Network, or Xbox network.
We do not maintain separate Zero Hour usernames, email addresses, or passwords.
The applicable platform provider may collect and process information associated with your account and use of its services. That processing is governed by the privacy policy and terms of the applicable platform provider.
3. Multiplayer and Matchmaking
Zero Hour uses Photon, a service provided by Exit Games, for online networking and matchmaking.
When you use online multiplayer features, information necessary to provide those features may be transmitted to and processed by Photon. This may include your username or player identifier, IP address, connection information, and other technical information required to establish and maintain multiplayer sessions.
We do not operate our own multiplayer backend or independently maintain a database of this information.
Photon's processing of information is subject to its applicable privacy and data-protection practices.
4. Voice Chat
Zero Hour uses Vivox to provide real-time in-game voice chat.
When you use voice chat, your voice communications are transmitted through Vivox as necessary to provide voice-chat functionality.
We do not record or store voice communications. Zero Hour does not use voice chat for analytics, advertising, or marketing purposes.
Vivox may process limited technical information necessary to provide its services in accordance with its applicable privacy and data-protection practices.
5. Player Reports
Zero Hour includes functionality that allows players to report other players.
When a player is reported, we may receive and retain information identifying the reported player, such as the player's username or platform identifier, together with information associated with the report.
We use this information only as reasonably necessary to review and respond to reports, enforce game rules, investigate abuse or misconduct, protect players, and maintain the integrity of the Game.
We do not use player-report information for advertising or marketing purposes.
6. Analytics and Advertising
We do not use Zero Hour to collect player analytics for advertising or marketing purposes.
We do not use third-party advertising networks in the Game.
We do not sell players' personal information or use information collected through the Game for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Crash Reporting and Telemetry
We do not operate an independent crash-reporting or analytics system for Zero Hour.
Your gaming platform or other third-party services may separately collect diagnostic or technical information in accordance with their own policies.
8. User-Generated Content
Zero Hour does not provide functionality for players to upload user-generated maps, images, emblems, or similar user-created content for storage by us.
9. Data Retention
We do not maintain a general database of player accounts, gameplay histories, analytics, or voice communications.
Information associated with player reports may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to review reports, enforce game rules, prevent repeated abuse, resolve disputes, protect the Game and its players, or comply with legal obligations.
Third-party providers, including gaming platforms, Photon, and Vivox, may retain information in accordance with their own privacy policies and data-retention practices.
10. Children's Privacy
Zero Hour is intended for audiences consistent with the age rating assigned to the Game in each territory.
We do not operate a separate age-verification system. Access by children and younger players is subject to the account requirements, parental controls, age restrictions, and other policies of the platform through which the Game is accessed.
We do not knowingly use Zero Hour to solicit personal information from children for advertising or marketing purposes.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide you with certain rights regarding personal information relating to you, including rights to access, correct, or delete certain information.
Because most account information associated with Zero Hour is maintained by the platform through which you play, requests concerning your Steam, PlayStation, or Xbox account should generally be directed to the applicable platform provider.
If you have a question or request concerning information that we control, including information associated with a player report, you may contact us using the information below.
12. Third-Party Services
Zero Hour relies on third-party services to provide certain functionality, including:
Photon / Exit Games — online networking and matchmaking;
Vivox — real-time voice chat;
Steam / Steamworks — platform services for the Steam version;
PlayStation Network — platform services for the PlayStation version; and
Xbox network — platform services for the Xbox version.
These third parties may process information as necessary to provide their respective services. Their handling of information is also subject to their respective privacy policies and terms.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Zero Hour, its third-party services, our practices, or applicable legal requirements.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, OR NETWORK CONFIGURATION.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SKYMAP GAMES, ATTRITOM7 PRODUCTIONS, AND THEIR AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.
These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
14. Termination
This Agreement remains effective until terminated.
Your rights under this Agreement may terminate if you materially violate its terms. We may also restrict access to online functionality where reasonably necessary to enforce this Agreement, applicable platform requirements, or protect the Game and other players.
Upon termination of your license, you must cease using the Game to the extent required by applicable law and platform rules.
Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
15. Governing Law
